Fortner Engineering Warrants all services provided and Assemblies and/or Components repaired or overhauled to be free of faulty workmanship and materials provided by Fortner Engineering. We further Warrant that the Components and/or Assemblies repaired by Fortner Engineering will provide service to the operator comparable to the performance of that article when supplied by the Original Manufacturer.
The Warranty will not apply if articles have been subjected to misuse, accident or maintenance by others after leaving the facilities of Fortner Engineering.
